SOME GENERAL TERMS OF USE, But Not Limited to, FOR –
BELLE HOUSE

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED; A BREACH WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION and no monetary allowance will be given for the balance of the remaining accommodation period.

CHECK IN 2.00 PM to 6.00 PM  CHECK OUT 10.00 AM

1. IMPORTANT: All bookings upon confirmation must be paid in full. We will not accept any reservations without proper credit card guarantee. Please Note: We reserve the right to charge credit card fees not exceeding a 1.5% fee.
2. During normal periods a minimum of 7 days notice of cancellation is required, a 15% cancellation fee applies. FOR ALL ENTIRE PROPERTY EXCLUSIVE USE GROUP BOOKINGS, a minimum of 60 days cancellation is required, a 15 % cancellation fee applies, a 50% deposit must be payed at time of booking and final payment 30 days prior to arrival. If booking enquiries come in for the same period as the exclusive use group booking, then a full non refundable payment of the balance must be made upon request by management.
3. During peak holiday and Tumut specific peak periods, a minimum of 30 days notice of cancellation is required, 15% cancellation fee applies.
4. Cancellations with less notice are non refundable, unless replacement bookings come in. In some cases credit maybe issued (at managements discretion) to be used at a later date up to 6 months.
5. Non arrival without cancellation or early check out forfeits all payments.
5. /a VISITORS: Guests may receive a limited number of 2 visitors ONLY after approval by management.

6. Rooms and all other areas which you have access to at Belle House, must be left in a clean and tidy state, as it was upon your check in. Or a minimum cleaning fee from $250.00.00 ( but not limited to) will be charged immediately and adjusted higher or lower accordingly.
7. All damage and Breakage, caused directly or Indirectly by you or your visitors, must be paid for in full immediately, a $1,000.00 amount ( but not limited to ) will be charged to the authorised credit card immediately and eventualy adjusted higher or lower after an independent quotation of damage is obtained by management. No Negotiation will be entered into.
8. Key Loss – Loss of keys caused directly or indirectly will result in locks on room/s, front and rear main doors to be replaced immediately at your expense, approximately $350.00 ( but not limited to) will be charged on the authorised credit card immediately and adjusted accordingly if keys are returned within a 24 hour period. No negotiation will be entered into.
9. Gift Certificates expire on the nominated date, extension available at an extra cost of 10% of the certificate value. Up to 3 months, at managements discretion.
10. Belle House is a non smoking environment within the building. Outside areas permitted.

10/a DURING INDUSTRIAL, COMMERCIAL and CONSTRUCTION PERIODS IN THE TUMUT REGION
During Snowy Hydro 2.0, Visy, Weyerhauser, Carter Holt Harvey and Hyne & Son events (but not limited to). All bookings must be paid for with a 50% deposit and balance paid 1 month prior to arrival. All money paid is non Refundable but a full credit valid for up to 12 months will be given. No show forfeits all money, No refunds or credit will be given for any unused days.
11. Management reserves the right to change and determine check in and check out times, terms of use, decline or cancel any booking and make any changes without explanation or compensation.
12. You have read, understood and agree to be bound ( but not limited to) by all of the terms of use.

TUMUT FLY FISHING

1. A disclaimer, terms and conditions form is required to be signed prior to any activity commencement.
2. All fly fishing bookings must be paid for upon booking.
3. Cancellation notice less than 30 days, no show or early departure incurs a total forfeit of all money.
4. Cancellation with over 30 days notice incurs a 20% fee.
5. Credit may be given at managements discretion, to be used at a later date, up to 3 months may be given.
6. Gift Certificates expire on the nominated date, extension available at an extra cost of 10% of the certificate value. Up to 3 months, at managements discretion.
7. Management reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking without explanation or compensation.
8. You have read, understood and agree to be bound ( but not limited to) by all of the terms of use.
